実験手順: Step D In a manner similar to the method described in Example 1a, glycine tert-butyl ester (0.92 g, 7 mmol) was reacted with (3-methyl-oxetan-3-yl)-acetaldehyde (0.8 g, 7 mmol) in CH2Cl2 at room temperature for 18 h to give [2-(3-methyl-oxetan-3-yl)-eth-(E)-ylideneamino]-acetic acid tert-butyl ester as a colorless oil (1.6 g, 100%).
