(2R)-3-[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy-2-[(2-methylpropan-2-yl)oxycarbonylamino]propanoic acid

実験手順: A mixture of DIPEA (0.542 ml, 3.11 mmol) and (S)-pyrrolidine-2-carbonitrile 4-methylbenzenesulfonate (0.269 g, 1.002 mmol) in DCM was added to a mixture of (R)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-3-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)propanoic acid (0.320 g, 1.002 mmol) and HATU (0.381 g, 1.002 mmol) in DMF. After 3 h the mixture was washed with 1N citric acid and saturated sodium bicarbonate and brine. The organic layer was dried sodium sulfate, filtered and purified by column chromatography using hexane-ethylacetate as eluents. After 3 h the mixture was washed with 1N citric acid and saturated sodium bicarbonate and brine filtered purified by column chromatography
