実験手順: The preparation is carried out analogously starting from 24 mg (0.16 mmol) of (1S,2R,3R)-3-aminocyclopentane-1,2-diol hydrochloride and 60 mg (0.16 mmol) of 1-[4-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)thiazol-2-yl]-piperidin-4-one. The product is in the form of the hydrochloride.
