実験手順: (S)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)ethanamine (3.33 g) was added to a solution of 1-cyclopropylbut-3-en-2-one (3.07 g) in methanol (10 mL). The mixture was heated to 80° C. and stirred at this temperature for 10 min. After cooling to room temperature, the mixture was concentrated to give the crude title compound which was used without further purification. Yield: 5.20 g (crude).
