実験手順: (S)-(−)-1-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-2-azepanecarboxylic acid (prepared as described in Tetrahedron Letters (1994), 35(2), 237–240) (1.00 g; 4.11 mmol) is dissolved in methylene chloride (20 mL) at ambient temperature. n-Octylamine (0.584 g; 4.52 mmol), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (1.17 g; 9.04 mmol) and PyBOP (2.35 g; 4.52 mmol) are added sequentially. The reaction is stirred for 24 hours at room temperature, then concentrated under reduced pressure.
