実験手順: Prepared from 2-chloro-N-[2-((R)-indan-1-ylamino)-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-6-yl]-acetamide (Example 3 step A) (100 mg, 0.281 mmol) and commercially available 1-(2,2,2-trifluorethyl)piperazine hydrochloride (CAS 13349-91-2) (87 mg, 0.422 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 ml) with diisopropylethyl amine (0.24 ml, 1.405 mmol) according to the procedure described for Example 3 step B. Obtained the title compound as a white foam (105 mg, 77%), MS (ISP) m/e=488.3 [(M+H)+].
