実験手順: A mixture of ethyl 2-(methoxyimino)-4-oxopentanoate (2.00 g, 10.7 mmol) and 2,4,6-trichlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride (3.39 g, 16.0 mmol) in acetic acid (40 ml) and 2-methoxuethanol (20 ml) was stirred for 20 h at 105° C. The solvent was under vacuum and the residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate. The organic solution was washed with 0.2N HCl and water, dried over magnesium sulfate and concentrated under vacuum. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with 10% ethyl acetate/n-hexane to give the title compound (1.50 g, 42%). The organic solution was washed with 0.2N HCl and water dried over magnesium sulfate concentrated under vacuum The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with 10% ethyl acetate/n-hexane
