実験手順: 16.0 g (105.0 mmols) of 4-bromobutanol was dissolved in 140 ml of chloroform, and a solution prepared by dissolving 13.9 ml (1.5-fold equivalent weight) of 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran in 40 ml of chloroform was dropwise added thereto at 0° C. in an atmosphere of argon. The solution obtained was stirred for 4 hours while keeping it at 0° C., followed by addition of an aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate, and the resulting solution was extracted with chloroform (100 ml×2). The organic layer obtained was dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and thereafter concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 24.0 g of 4-(tetrahydropyran-2-yl)oxybutyl bromide (yield: 96%). a solution prepared was dropwise added at 0° C. 実験手順: n-BuLi (4.86 mL of 2.5 M in hexanes, 12.16 mmol) was added dropwise to a −78° C. solution of undec-1,10-diyne (2.0 g, 13.51 mmol) in dry tetrahydrofuran/HMPA (105 mL, 6:1) under an argon atmosphere. After 30 min, the reaction mixture was warmed to −10° C. over 2 h and maintained at this temperature for 20 min, then re-cooled to −75° C. To this was added a solution of 2-(4-bromobutoxy)-tetrahydropyran (2.4 g, 10.14 mmol) in dry THF (15 mL). The resulting mixture was warmed to room temperature over 3 h, maintained at this temperature for 12 h, then quenched with sat. aq. NH4Cl (25 mL). After 20 min, the mixture was extracted with ether (2×125 mL). The combined ethereal extracts were washed with water (2×100 mL), brine (100 mL), dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by SiO2 column chromatography using 5% EtOAc/hexanes as eluent to give 2-(pentadeca-5,14-diynyloxy)tetrahydropyran (1.97 g, 64%) as a colorless oil. 実験手順: Under the argon atmosphere, tert-butyl cyclopropylcarboxylate (3.76 g) and 2-(4-bromobutoxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran (7.52 g) were dissolved in anhydrous/THF (106 mL), followed by cooling to an inner temperature of −65° C. A lithium diisopropylamide solution (2.0M, THF:heptane:ethylbenzene solution) (19.8 mL) was added dropwise over 15 minutes. After completion of addition, the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 8 hours. An aqueous saturated ammonium chloride solution was added to stop the reaction, and water, and hexane:ethyl acetate (1:1) were added, followed by extraction. The organic layer was washed with dilute hydrochloric acid, water and an aqueous saturated sodium chloride solution, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The residue obtained by concentration was purified by silica gel column chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate, 98:2→90:10) to obtain the title compound (3.86 g) having the following physical property values. After completion of addition were added followed by extraction The organic layer was washed with dilute hydrochloric acid, water an aqueous saturated sodium chloride solution, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate The residue obtained by concentration was purified by silica gel column chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate, 98:2→90:10)
