The mixed solution was heated to 60° C. A solution of ammonium oxalate having a gravity of 1.06 g/cm3 and a pH 2.5 was added while stirring. The quantity of ammonium oxalate added was 1.5 mole equivalent per mole equivalent of cobalt nitrate and yttrium chloride. The precipitate of cobalt oxalate and yttrium oxalate was obtained after reaction and filtrated in a vacuum filtrator to remove mother liquid. The filtrate was washed by distilled water of 100° C. for 5 times, dried at 150° C., crushed and sieved by a 40 mesh sieve, reduced at 450° C. in hydrogen for 6 h. The reduced product was crushed again and sieved by a 120 mesh sieve. The cobalt powder thus prepared contains 0.3% (wt.) yttrium.

実験手順: Lithium isopropoxide (24.3 g, 0.37 mol.) and isopropyl alcohol (150 ml) were placed in a round-bottomed flask of a 300 ml-capacity, to which was then added dropwise a solution of anhydrous yttrium trichloride (23.4 g, 0.12 mol.) in 25 ml of tetrahydrofuran under stirring. Mix this with YCl3 in ethanol and stir. Under refluxing, a clear solution of yttrium ethoxide and a precipitate of potassium chloride is obtained. The dopant Eu can similarly be added to the Yttrium chloride in ethanol at first and this reaction would form Yttrium europium ethoxides.
