実験手順: To a mixture of 2,3-dichlorophenol (20 g, 0.123 mol) and 1,2-dibromoethane (30.5 g, 0.162 mol) was added a sodium hydroxide solution (5 g, 0.125 mol in 125 ml of water), and the mixture was heated under reflux for 8 h. The mixture was allowed to cool and extracted with chloroform (2×100 ml). The combined extracts were washed with 1N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (100 ml), dried, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was distilled at 106° C./0.3 mm of mercury to afford on cooling to room temperature the title compound as a yellow solid (20 g, 60%). the mixture was heated under reflux for 8 h to cool extracted with chloroform (2×100 ml) The combined extracts were washed with 1N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (100 ml) dried filtered concentrated in vacuo The residue was distilled at 106° C./0.3 mm of mercury to afford

実験手順: A mixture of 2,3-dichlorophenol (35.5 g., 0.22 mole), allyl bromide (29.4 g., 0.24 mole) and potassium carbonate (33 g., 0.24 mole) in dimethylformamide (200 ml.) is vigorously stirred and heated at 55°-60° C. for 1 hour, poured into ice water, extracted with ether, washed with water and dried over magnesium sulfate. Evaporation of the ether leaves 2,3-dichlorophenyl allyl ether which is subjected to a Claisen rearrangement by heating at 250° C. for 10 minutes. Distillation gives 36 g. of 2,3-dichloro-6-allylphenol which boils at 132°-134°/13 mm. heated at 55°-60° C. for 1 hour extracted with ether washed with water dried over magnesium sulfate Evaporation of the ether

実験手順: 1-(iso-propyl)-3-azetidinol and 2,3-dichlorophenol were reacted in the same manner as in Example 6 to yield 1-(2',3'-dichlorophenoxy)-3-(iso-propylamino)-2-propanol melting at 94°-96° C. The yield was 54%.

実験手順: This compound was prepared according to the procedure of Example 84. Thus, a mixture of 16.3 g (0.10 mole) of 2,3-dichlorophenol and 9.1 ml (0.105 mole) of chlorosulfonyl isocyanate in 75 ml of toluene gave 17.4 g (72%) of the title compound as an off-white solid, mp 116°-117° C. 実験手順: 2,3-dichlorophenol (3.26 g, 20 mmol) was dissolved in methylene chloride(40 mL) followed by the addition of sodium nitrate (1.88 g, 22 mmol). The addition of sulfuric acid (20 mL/3M) was then made, followed by addition of a catalytic amount of sodium nitrite. The mixture was allowed to stir. After 24 hours, the reaction mixture was diluted with methylene chloride and extracted with water. The organic layer was dried over MgSO4 and filtered. The solvent was evaporated and chromatography of the resulting solid on silica gel (4% MeOH/CH2Cl2) gave the desired product(1.8 g, 44%). 1H NMR (CD3COCD3): d 8.04 (d,1H), 7.15 (d, 1H). extracted with water The organic layer was dried over MgSO4 filtered The solvent was evaporated
