The mixture was stirred at 80° C. under N2 atmosphere for 2-25 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel to give the desired product (3d) (2.48 g) that was directly used in the next step. LC-MS (ESI+): m/e 269.2 [M+1]+, 537.4 [2M+1]+, 559.0 [2M+Na]+ (exact ms: 268.12). 実験手順: 150 mg (0.295 mmol) of the compound from Example 6A were dissolved in 3 ml of dioxane, and 91 mg (0.885 mmol) of (3-methylbutyl)hydrazine were added. The mixture was stirred at 120° C. for 3 h and then concentrated. The residue was taken up in DMSO and purified by preparative HPLC (Method 10). This gave 43 mg (29% of theory) of the target compound. concentrated purified by preparative HPLC (Method 10)
