実験手順: To a solution of methyl 4-(4-benzylpiperazin-1-yl)butanoate (500 mg, 2.68 mmoles) in dichloromethane (5 mL) was added tert-butyl 4-oxobutyl-carbamate (505 mg, 2.68 mmoles) and sodium triacetoxyborohydride (900 mg, 1.5 eq) and stirred 20 h. To the reaction mixture water was added followed by 1M aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution. The solution was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organics were evaporated to afford methyl 4-(4-{3-[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino]propyl}-piperazin-1-yl)butanoate (0.72 g, 75%). MS (ESI+) for m/z 358 (M+H)+.
