実験手順: Starting from 2-chloro-6-methoxy-3-nitropyridine (5.4 g; commercial) and ((S)-3-amino-2-hydroxy-propyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (5.3 g, 1 eq.; prepared according to Adv. Synth. Catal. 2004, 346, 1195) and proceeding in analogy to Example 17, step 17.i, the title compound was obtained as a yellow solid (8.20 g; 86% yield).
