実験手順: FIG. 1: 9-(2-{[di(tert-butyl)phosphino]methyl}-2-propenyl)-9-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane A mixture of di-tert-butylphoshine (5 g, 34.1 mmol) and 3-chloro-2-chloromethyl-1-propene (14.04 g, 69 mmol) was dissolved in degassed acetonitrile (70 ml) and heated to 60° C. for 16 hours. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the product was suspended in hexane (50 ml). After filtration the product was washed with hexane (2 times 40 ml). The white solid salt was neutralized in a mixture of toluene (50 ml) and water (30 ml) with HNEt2 (5 ml) under reflux conditions. The toluene layer was separated, washed with water (2 times 30 ml) and removed in vacuo, to yield 3.14 g (40%) of di(tert-butyl)[2-(chloromethyl)-2-propenyl]phosphine. The product could be characterized by showing a distinct resonance signals in 31P NMR at δ=+21.7 ppm. The solvent was removed in vacuo After filtration the product was washed with hexane (2 times 40 ml) The white solid salt was neutralized in a mixture of toluene (50 ml) and water (30 ml) with HNEt2 (5 ml) under reflux conditions The toluene layer was separated washed with water (2 times 30 ml) removed in vacuo

実験手順: Di-tert-butylphosphine chloride (34 g, 188.41 mmol) was added to a Schlenk flask followed by diethyl ether (200 ml). The ether solution was cooled in a cold water bath and LiAlH4 (1M in diethyl ether, 100 ml, 100 mmol) was added slowly. This gave a yellow suspension which was allowed to stir at room temperature overnight. The suspension was quenched by the water (50 ml, degassed with nitrogen for 20 minutes). This gave a biphasic solution. The upper (organic layer) was cannula transferred into a clean Schlenk and the aqueous residues washed with a further 100 ml of ether. The ether extracts were combined and dried with sodium sulphate. The ether extracts were then cannula transferred into a clean Schlenk and the ether removed by distillation. This gave a colourless oil. Yield=22.0 g, 80%. 31P {1H} NMR (161.9 MHz, CDCl3): δ 21.0 ppm This gave a yellow suspension which The suspension was quenched by the water (50 ml, degassed with nitrogen for 20 minutes) This gave a biphasic solution transferred into a clean Schlenk the aqueous residues washed with a further 100 ml of ether dried with sodium sulphate cannula transferred into a clean Schlenk the ether removed by distillation This gave a colourless oil

実験手順: 0.849 g (4.70 mmol) of chloro-di-t-butylphosphine was added dropwise in a nitrogen gas atmosphere to a suspension of 461 mg (7.05 mg-atoms) of zinc (powder) in 10 cm3 of N,N-dimethylformamide and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for one hour. To the reaction mixture was added dropwise 10 cm3 (10 mmol) of 1 mol·dm-3 hydrochloric acid and then 10 cm3 of toluene. The mixture was stirred, the aqueous layer and the toluene layer were separated off, and the toluene layer was determined by gas chromatography, giving di-t-butylphosphine in 25% yield. The mixture was stirred the aqueous layer and the toluene layer were separated off
